Cut chicken into 2
inch cubes, rub
thoroughly with salt and soak in oil, lime juice and garlic to marinate for 2 hours.
Place the cuts in a
skewer, baste the pieces with yogurt and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Place the chicken
on grill and roast slowly. Baste with oil during roasting.
Hint: If making
barbecue with chicken thigh, you can pre-cook
chicken in a large pot with salt. It will make the roasting taste better in the
inner parts.
